Long Description: This 2016 NCRS Duntov award-winning and 2016 Bloomington Gold OEM Certified 1965 Chevrolet Corvette is an original that has been restored and preserved. It is powered by its born-with matching-numbers 327/365hp small -block engine mated to its born-with matching-numbers M20 close-ratio 4-speed transmission. Both the engine and the transmission retain their UAW/GM applied stampings. Equipped with the factory-original G81 3.70 posi-traction differential. Optioned from the factory in Milano Maroon with black interior, it has both a hardtop in matching Milano Maroon and the optional C05AA beige soft top. The interior features a factory original N32 teak steering wheel, U69 AM/FM radio with power antenna and tinted glass. It comes complete with five factory original P48 Kelsey-Hayes aluminum knockoff wheels wrapped in T01 reproduction Goodyear gold line tires. Includes photo documentation for the original engine and transmission as well as the score sheets and awards. To win the Duntov award requires a gauntlet of judging events for its presentation.
