Long Description: Finished in PPG Black Cherry, this custom 1939 Cadillac is powered by a Chevrolet 502ci V8 engine mated to a 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission. In 1939, Cadillac only made a four-door car, so it was decided to build a two-door convertible. Sitting on an Impala SS modified chassis is a 1939 Cadillac front end mated to a 1939 Buick two-door body. The Cadillac fenders were fit to the rear with a power 1948 Buick chopped-top convertible.
