Finished in Tahoe Turquoise, this 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle convertible has been completely customized and outfitted with all new parts from top-to-bottom, front-to-back. Starting under the hood, a supercharged 6.2-liter LSA engine with a factory rating of over 550hp was employed to power this Resto-Mod. The LSA was outfitted with a Stage 2 BTR cam, cold air intake, custom headers to 2.5-inch exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers and ICT billet brackets. A 6L90E 6-speed automatic transmission, 9-inch rear end and 3.73 gears complete the drivetrain. Aluminum dual fans keep the engine cool. With the upgraded performance, the brakes were in need of a major upgrade, so a Wilwood Hydro-Boost system was chosen with drilled and slotted rotors and red Wilwood calipers at all four corners. The Chevelle also rides on Viking coilovers at all four corners that can be adjusted to change the ride height. The complete underbelly of the car has been undercoated and the chassis powder coated. Rides on 18x8 and 18x9.5 Weld wheels wrapped with Nitto NT555 in 245/40/18 in front and 275/40/18 Nitto NT555RII drag radials in the rear. Inside the Chevelle, all new interior and trim pieces were installed along with Classic Auto air conditioning, Retrosound Bluetooth stereo, Nu-Relics power windows, Dakota Digital gauges and tilt steering with a custom billet steering wheel. The power top was fitted with a Stayfast black canvas top with a glass rear window.
