This 1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 is a true 428 Cobra Jet R-code car. Originally built in Dearborn, MI, it has undergone a complete multi-year restoration. Most of the restoration was in Colorado at Classic & Performance Mustang Inc. Taken 100% down to metal and refinished in blue metallic with custom ghost stripes. Everything down to the nuts and bolts has been rebuilt or replaced with new items. The rebuild on the 428ci Cobra Jet engine comes with complete documentation and specs. Transmission has been upgraded to a 5-speed manual with a hydraulic clutch that performs great with the 4.10 rear end. The brake system was upgraded to Force 10 power disc brakes on all four corners. Also features air conditioning, Alpine stereo, updated gauges and race-inspired interior. Comes with Marti Report and full documentation of build.
