Finished in Corvette Velocity Yellow, this 1967 Chevelle SS 396 recently underwent a restoration. It features a true SS VIN, number 138 powered by an upgraded rebuilt 396ci engine backed by a TREMEC 5-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt rear end with positive traction 3.73 gears. The engine was upgraded and modified internally while maintaining a stock appearance as well as it has been balanced, the heads were ported, polished and magnafluxed. Equipped with 4-wheel disc brakes, 4-link rear suspension system with UMI front suspension parts added to allow for wider tires, as well as a 3-inch stainless steel exhaust. Additionally, it is equipped with power steering, a thermostatically controlled electric engine fan with a manual override, stainless steel gas tank and a air conditioning that was restored with modern Vintage Air components. All the interior and dash instrumentation to include the steering wheel are original or rebuilt to look factory, to include all decals on the doors, glove box and trunk area. Additionally, it features a custom Autosound Radio with Bluetooth capability that when turned on becomes an LED readout. Other custom extras include custom trunk carpet to match the interior with "Chevelle SS" embroidered in yellow and white as well as custom floormats with "Chevelle SS 396" with embroidered lettering. The car sits on 15X8-inch SS Cragar wheels wrapped with BF Goodrich T/A Radials, 235/60R15 on front and 295/50R15 on the rear. Includes a car cover made by California Car Cover with "1967 Chevelle SS" embroidered in yellow on the front, a reproduction owner's manual, dealership advertising catalog, chassis manual and service manual as well as restoration receipts, instructions, and information pamphlets, and guides for the items installed on the car.
