DESCRIPTION HAS BEEN UPDATED

This 1973 Ford Mustang convertible is powered by a 351ci engine with Ram Air and mated to an FMX automatic transmission. Recent upgrades include an engine rebuild (cylinders bored .040 over), Edelbrock intake manifold, 650 CFM Holley 4-barrel carburetor, new 2,500 stall torque converter, electric fans and a high-capacity radiator. This convertible also features a heavy-duty alternator and starter, a remanufactured FMX 3-speed transmission, headers and Flowmaster mufflers. Rides on Global West front suspension, new front disc and rear drum brakes, new rear shocks and springs, and new power steering pump and gear. The interior features Dakota Digital VHX gauges, new Corbeau front seats, a new top switch, pistons and lines for the convertible top. LED bulbs are installed in the brake lights, backup and turn signal lights. As shown in pictures, the paint is chipped in some places, there is a slight tear in the top hem near the rear driver's side window and slight pitting in the convertible top chrome trim. The ammeter and oil pressure gauges in the center console were disconnected when the Dakota Digital gauges were installed. The lights in the driver and passenger footwells do not work.
