This 1947 McCormick-Deering 0-4 Orchard Streamline tractor was produced by the International Harvester Co. in Rock Island, IL. It features a rebuilt 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine mated to a 5-speed manual transmission with reverse, an optional belt pulley, Orchard exhaust and streamline orchard sheet metal. This example of an IH Orchard tractor underwent an extensive period-correct nut-and-bolt restoration with no expense spared. It features a rebuilt, period-correct 6-volt wiring system, starter and generator. New gauges, decals and emblems were installed. Factory-correct-sized tires were also installed on the professionally painted rear silver rims and red solid-cast Orchard-model-only front rims.
