This beautiful red custom 1951 Chevrolet 3100 5-window pickup was the recipient of a complete nut-and-bolt professional restoration and build that was just completed in December 2022. It's powered by a new Chevrolet Performance 350ci small-block V8 engine producing 333hp, coupled to a new B&M Turbo 350 3-speed automatic transmission. Spent gases exit through a completely ceramic-coated side-exit dual exhaust system with headers. Stopping power is courtesy of a Wilwood master cylinder, Wilwood power front disc brakes, drilled and slotted rotors, along with new drum brakes on the rebuilt rear end. This custom '51 sits on a S10 chassis with a completely new front suspension and new power steering. The custom interior features a 1960 Impala dashboard set with AutoMeter gauges, Impala steering wheel, a custom contoured white bench seat with houndstooth inserts, Ididit tilt steering column, Lokar tall shifter, Vintage Air system and a Pioneer stereo. The bed has been reshaped for an improved fit to the cab. A hand-shaped roll pan, with custom two-piece bumpers, recessed license plate, along with custom taillights finishes the rear very nicely. Custom pinstripes have been added on the gas tank as well as the bottom of the running boards. This custom 3100 5-window rides on BFGoodrich wide whitewall tires mounted on 15-inch color-matched steel wheels with chrome trim rings.
