This MacNeish Certified 1969 COPO Camaro was ordered new by Courtesy Chevy/Olds Ltd. In Toronto, Canada, with COPO 9561 code and has GM of Canada and Vintage Vehicle Services documentation. This 1969 (Canadian) COPO Camaro was treated to a professional restoration with attention to detail throughout. It is powered by an 427/425hp V8 engine mated to a TH400 3-speed automatic transmission. The rear end is a correct 12-bolt 4.10 posi-traction unit. The 14-inch Rally wheels with trim rings and caps are wrapped in Goodyear Polyglas custom wide-tread F70 tires. The exterior has been professionally resprayed in its original color of Frost Green that shows beautifully. The dark green interior with radio delete (but with a heater) is mostly original with only a few items replaced, such as the carpet, dash pad and package shelf. This COPO is one of approximately 80 COPOs imported to Canada. As ordered, the car retains additional options that include HD suspension, space-saver spare, chambered exhaust, floor-mounted shifter with console, power front disc brakes, HD radiator, special ducted functional cowl hood, exterior molding and interior decor.
