This custom 1955 Ford F-100 pickup has a rebuilt Ford 302ci V8 engine that was rebuilt approximately 3,500 miles ago and has been upgraded with an RV camshaft and a Weiand intake manifold with a Holley 4-barrel carburetor. The engine is backed by a C4 3-speed automatic transmission and the vehicle utilizes a Mustang II style rack & pinion steering, power front disc brakes, heavy-duty aluminum radiator with an electric fan. This '55 F-100 was repainted within the last two years. The front bumper was removed and the rolled pan has a recessed license-plate holder. The hood is now hinged at the front instead of the factory rear hinge arrangement. The window and door seals are new, and the glass in great shape. It has a new TMI Pro-Series Sport-VXR split bench seat and Sport XR door panels. A new carpet kit was installed, along with a new headliner. The steering column has a tilt function. It also has a satellite-capable radio and new Kenwood speakers. Both the heater and air conditioning are in good operating condition. The shifter is a B&M item.
