This 280SL retains its original 2.8-liter 180hp SOHC Straight-6 engine equipped with Bosch fuel injection mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission. This 280SL is finished in white over a red interior with a black soft-top as well as a black hardtop. It is optioned with air conditioning, power steering, 4-wheel power disc brakes and AM/FM radio. These models are often referred to as a Pagoda because of their hardtop design with a sunken center section. One of 8,407 produced in the 1969 model year, this Pagoda has 71,427 miles (title reads exempt). The sale includes a copy of the original title and service records under current ownership totaling over $37,000 for comprehensive mechanical work from front to back.
