This 1992 Mercedes-Benz 230 GE cabriolet underwent a full custom frame-off restoration. It is powered by a 2.3-liter inline-4 engine mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission, with a dual-range transfer case and a locking rear differential. The drivetrain was rebuilt and is detailed, including the engine, transmission, suspension and brakes. The exterior of the Mercedes was completely stripped to bare metal, restored using all-original panels and finished in custom Cobalt Metallic Blue. The interior was restored using custom tan leather for the front and rear seats. This cabriolet is also equipped with a new removable tan soft-top. It features custom wood flooring in the rear compartment, exterior LED lights, a dual-battery setup, custom under-hood insulation, a rear-mounted tire carrier and a jerrycan. Rides on black-finished 16-inch steel wheels with BFGoodrich tires.
