DESCRIPTION HAS BEEN UPDATED

This 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 429, restored by Kevin's Klassic Cars, is one of 857 Boss 429 Mustangs produced by Kar Kraft for the 1969 model year and wears KK #1851. It is powered by an HP Boss 429ci V8 engine mated to a 4-speed manual transmission. After being drag-raced for its first two years as the "Puerto Rican Boss," it was put on a flatbed truck in the early '70s and left untouched until it was located and purchased in 2007. During the restoration the car was completely dismantled, put on a rotisserie and media-blasted. The A-arms were dipped in black paint rather than spraying them, because that is the way the factory did it. The bottom of the car has white overspray on the primer, all chalk and paint markings are back on the car and all parts are the correct color and sheen.
